"The Pharaohs of the Grapefruit World" - Ronald

We mummified (sort-of) grapefruit slices and we have been checking on them for the past 10 days. One grapefruit slice was in a plastic bag. One grapefruit slice was in a plastic bag and wrapped in a paper towel. One grapefruit slice was in a plastic bag and sandwiched between two coffee filters filled with baking soda. The slices without anything are still really wet and have white mold. The ones with a paper towel have lots of mold on the paper towel and are drier. The ones with baking soda are dry and do not have mold.
